Qigong Foundations

An 8-week online class designed to enhance balance in all aspects of life, starting Wednesday, October 15th, from 7 to 8 PM. We will meet online every Wednesday for 8 weeks. While attending live is recommended, it’s not mandatory, as a recording will be available for you to practice at your convenience.

This class is key to building a strong foundation. We’ll explore and embody the core principles of qigong, enhancing your understanding of this art form.

Each class builds on the previous one, creating a daily routine that helps you feel calm and connected with yourself and those around you. This balanced and centered state not only improves your physical health and boosts your energy but also positively influences your daily life, strengthening relationships with friends, family, and coworkers.
