Qigong Foundations 8-week Online Class - Starts Oct. 15th

Class structure:

  • Starts October 15th.

  • Live Zoom sessions every Wednesday night for 8 weeks, from 7–8 pm (skipping Thanksgiving week).

  • Live attendance is encouraged, especially for questions. Recordings will also be available for 30 days for flexible practice.

What to bring and how to prepare:

  • Loose-fitting clothing.

  • Water.

  • A way to take notes.

  • An open mind, heart, and a willingness to have fun and learn something new.
